Order tracking
The shipping time is calculated from the time your order is shipped from our warehouse, not from the time the order is placed. Invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other similar reasons may increase the estimated shipping time. Thank you for your patience.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you can find your tracking number in "My Account - My Orders". You can track your package using the number on the respective shipping provider's website or through their customer service.
At the same time, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The email will contain the tracking number at the bottom. You can click on the tracking link or type the tracking number in https://www.17track.net/ to check the status of your order.
